Usui Reiki Ryoho
My Reiki training began three years ago in 2023. In Reiki, you are trained by a Reiki Master. One who has spent enough time working with the Light to be "tuned-in" to a deeper understanding of what it truly is. And "attunements" along with teachings are how Masters pass on the knowledge of Reiki and guide you on your journey as you walk the path of " becoming the light".

My Reiki Levels I&II were taught by William Lee Rand. William is a beautiful soul who is a founder of the International Center for Reiki Training www.reiki.org. He is a Senior Reiki Master/Teacher and the founder and president of the International Center for Reiki Research. He has authored many books including The Healing Touch, Reiki for the New Millennium and The Spirit of Reiki. William is the originator of the Usui/Tibetan system of Reiki as well as the developer of the Karuna and Holy Fire Reiki systems of healing. He received Reiki in 1981, became a Master in 1989 and was trained by six different Masters, including three from Japan, one of which was Bethel Phaigh Sensei, one of Takata Sensei's Masters and from Chiyoko Yamaguchi Sensei, who was trained by Hayashi Sensei himself. William has dedicated his life to teaching Reiki all over the world and has been a great contributor to the Light of this world and beyond.

My Reiki Master training was given by William Coryer of the Reiki Education and Research Institute www.reikieducation.org. William has over 30 years of teaching and practicing Reiki, has been practicing Reiki and acting as a Spiritual Advisor for many years. He worked out of the Cancer Center at what is now Caromont Regional Medical Center for years, treating many cancer patients with wonderful results and helping the medical team grow in their understanding of how the energy of Reiki can help heal the whole of the body, mind, soul and spirit, which is a crucial missing piece in the world of Western medicine. William has a true passion for his students, helping them to gain an in-depth understanding of what Spirit of Reiki truly is, and how to grow your knowledge and skill for yourself, as a practitioner and in working with clients. He spends time truly explaining details and answering questions, as well as providing hands on learning in a way that makes you feel you are truly learning the "greater picture" of what it is to work with this beautiful Life-Force energy.

The true art of a Reiki Master comes from the dedication of time taken to mold oneself into vessel. A vessel made to hold the light poured into it through daily practice. The longer you stand in that Light the more your vessel can hold. The cleaner that vessel is the more light will shine through it into the world. It is a removing of one's "self" from this vessel that allows the Greatest Light to shine through it. It is a path of humility and a desire for the greatest Good to come to all the Light can touch.
